How to Make Vegan Chili (easy)

Check out this quick & easy chili recipe.

*place 1-2 cups water in pot and turn to med-low
Add these ingredients, chopped:
– 1 onion
– 5 garlic cloves
– 2 large tomatoes
– bell pepper
– 1 jalapeno (seeds removed)

Add:
– 1 tsp chili powder
– 1 tsp paprika
– ½ cup nutritional yeast
– 19 oz can of vegan red enchilada sauce
– 1 can black beans (rinse)
– 1 can pinto beans or 2 cups of home cooked pinto beans (rinsed)
– 2 cups Corn
– 1 cup Red lentils
– 2 cups water
– optional: half a can of Diced New Potatoes (rinsed)

*stir well, bring to a boil then reduce heat to low & cook for approx. 25 minutes stirring occasionally.
