Paneer Chilli is a stir fry of deep fried cottage cheese with delicious mix flavours of Chinese & Indian cuisine.

Ingredients Required :

For the marination & Paste:
Paneer – 300 gms.
Cornflour – 5 tbsp
Maida/All purpose flour – 5 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp
Black pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
Water
Salt as per taste

For the slurry :
Cornflour – 1 tbsp
Water – 1 cup

For making Paneer Chilli :
Garlic (finely chopped)- 2 tbsp
Ginger (finely chopped)- 1 inch
Spring onion bulbs (finely chopped – 1/4 cup
Onion petals – 1/2 cup
Capsicum (cubed) – 1 No.
Tomato Sauce – 1 tbsp
Red Chilli sauce – 1 tbsp
Dark soya sauce – 2 tsp
Spring onion leaves (finely chopped ) – 1/2 cup
Vinegar – 1 tsp
Salt as per taste
Oil.
