Sponge Cakes, Lemon Cream and Almond Meringue!
Guys! My Cousin Claudia talked in my Hamburg Video about Ozeantorte and so I thought I have to Show you how to bake it. My god that cake is so friggin delicious, jeeeez! I am not exaggerating.

Bake it at home, take a Picture of it: #lillyscupcakery

Since I am German-American, I would like to show you how to bake a cake, how to bake bread, how to bake cookies and much more, that are typical German. How do I bake a cake that is German with American measurements and ingredients? I will show you with my baking tutorials so you can do it yourself at home in the US. My cake recipes are all old and classic ones my mother, relatives or long time friends of our family shared with me – and now I will share them with you and teach you how to succeed in German baking 🙂

My name is Lilly and I was born 92 and I have dual citizenship. My mom is from the US, my dad from Germany. I’m a freelancer as Englishcoach for companies and I studied American and British Studies. Others do sports for relaxation, I bake. Ever since I was little, I loved baking and I published my Cupcakery in 2012 for the first time. I experienced that baking in the US is very different to baking in Germany and therefore I’d like to show you how you can make typical German cakes and more with the ingredients you can get in the States. Viel Spaß! ♥
